Presentation Guideline

  • All parallel sessions will be conducted live in a hybrid format, accommodating both online and in-person participants.
  • Every presenting author will receive a 12-minute slot for their presentation, followed by a 3-minute brief Q&A.
  • Each session will be led by a moderator. A student volunteer will assist for any technical issues and timekeeping.
  • Avoid making offensive comments, including jokes or references related to race, politics, religion, or other sensitive subjects. Please provide an inclusive and respectful environment for all attendees.
  • For authors presenting in person, we kindly request that you arrive at your session room 5-10 minutes early to ensure your presentation is uploaded to the room’s PC. Please coordinate with the student volunteer for making this preparation.
